Here is cute wood outhouse that we always just had on our breezeway as a decoration. It has a cutout on the door of a crescent moon. Would make a cute holder for extra toilet paper rolls in a country bathroom. Kind of a wash, a pale white tint over pine boards, but the back is a lighter weight board. It’s about 30″ tall in the front, slants down to 25.5″ tall in the back. 9″ wide, 6.5″ front to back. Inside will defintely accomodate a regular roll of toilet paper, probably a double roll. Will even work for the huge mega rolls if the rolls are put on their side. Inside (door opening) 5.5″ by 20.5″ with a small shelf at the top 4.5″ tall opening with some extra space inside up to the roof. Bars of soap could be stored on the shelf. There are some natural defects: like where the knot in the wood has a split (to the right side edge of where the front meets the side). And a place on the side where a nail landed too close and chipped a piece out (see photos). Easily repaired with wood dough, should you desire to do so. You could also add shelves if you wanted to use it for another purpose. Please review the photos, as always they are the best description. You can always meet us for local pick-up and we can deliver to some areas. Just message us! We apologize for the shipping cost. The Post Office has been BRUTAL lately so we are having to do OVERKILL packaging to prevent destruction.

MD buyer pays 6% sales tax. Please pay by PAYPAL. International shipping determined by location. If you are an international bidder email me for a quote. Do not pay the ebay generated invoice as the shipping is usually TOO HIGH. I will send you an invoice. Foreign buyers need to email me in advance to find out the shipping cost. Obviously I cannot ship to a foreign country as reasonably as to the U.S. International Buyers – Please Note:

Shipping
A word about shipping: shipping involves a lot more than postage or UPS charges. We have labels, boxes, packing materials and a “longer than most” trip to the Post Office or UPS. We are very rural and the post office and UPS will not pick up our packages. So we have 10 miles every shipping day and if a buyer pays, we ship IMMEDIATELY, even if their package is the ONLY one to be shipped. We do not over charge for shipping, but sometimes if you are a lot closer than we estimated your shipping expense may be less. Please ask if you think the shipping shown in the auction is too much based on your location, and we will give you an individualized quote. If you live close by you can even pick up!
